Official Rules

I. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To participate in this Promotion, entrant must fill out the online entry form. To be eligible entrant must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the continental United States or the District of Columbia. Employees and officers of Lexington Home Brands (sometime referred to as “the Sponsor”) and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Sponsor’s authorized dealers and their employees are not eligible. By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree that the decisions of the Sponsor will be valid and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate or invalid entries.

II. TO PARTICIPATE: Entrants must fill out the online entry form as noted above. In doing so, entrants consent to the use of the personal information provided to the Sponsor. Please see our Privacy Policy at, which is incorporated by reference herein. Each person may only submit one entry per contest.

III. TO WIN and CLAIM PRIZE: Winning entries will be selected by random drawing (see Paragraph IX, below). All decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. Both are required fields in the online entry form. Once contacted, the prize winner will have thirty (30) days to claim the prize by responding to the notification by the Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and the winner will have no further claim to the prize. Sponsor will not award a forfeited prize to another participant. Once the winning entry has been verified by the Sponsor, the prize will be awarded in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at any authorized Lexington Home Brands dealer in the continental United States or the District of Columbia. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Prize limited to one per person, family, or household.

IV. THE PRIZES and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: At the end of the six-month contest period, (1) certificate for a $1,500 credit towards the retail purchase of Lexington Home Brands product at any Lexington Home Brands Authorized dealer will be awarded, subject to the provisions contained herein. The certificate must be used fully within twelve (12) months of the date indicated on the certificate. It is in no way redeemable in whole or in part for cash or other consideration. It is only redeemable at an authorized Lexington Home Brands dealer, and only redeemable towards the purchase of Lexington Home Brands product.

V. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE - ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received and are subject to the selection of winning entries as described in Paragraph III.

VI. PROMOTION MATERIALS: Only the online Entry Form is valid for this Promotion. This Promotion is offered only in the continental Untied States and the District of Columbia and is VOID elsewhere or where taxed or prohibited by law. No more than the number of advertised prizes in these Official Rules will be awarded.

VII. WINNERS LIST: The names of Prize winners may be obtained at the conclusion of the Promotion, and for a period thereafter of up to six months by sending a first class stamped, self-addressed envelope to Lexington Home Brands 1300 National Highway Thomasville, NC 27360 Att: Marketing Department

VIII. DURATION OF PROMOTION: The Promotion will commence on May 1, 2009, and terminate on October 31, 2009. There will be one (1) winner at the conclusion of the Promotion. The Promotion ends on the scheduled termination date. An unclaimed prize will not be awarded to another participant.

IX. PROMOTION DELAY/EXTENSION/TERMINATION: The Sponsor may, at any time and at their sole discretion, delay the Promotion commencement date, extend the Promotion termination date, or terminate the Promotion in its entirety without notice or obligation of any kind.

X. NOTICE: This Promotion is void where prohibited. Entry into the Promotion, where lawful, constitutes permission to use name, voice, photograph or likeness of prize winners for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation. Prize winners will be obligated to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where lawful, publicity release within ten (10) days of notification by Sponsor. Copies of all Entry Forms submitted for verification become the property of the Sponsor. The tax liability on all prizes is solely the responsibility of the prize winner. By accepting prize, to the greatest extent permitted under the law, winners release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and all sponsoring and participating corporations, their attorneys, affiliated officers, and employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liabilities for any injuries, losses, or damages, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in this Promotion, or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.
