Where can I find discontinued pieces?

How do I care for my furniture?
Both wood and upholstered products require care and maintenance to ensure their longevity. Click here for instructions.

Can I supply my own fabric for an upholstery order?
Lexington Home Brands offers an extensive selection of fabrics, leathers and decorative trims for its upholstered products, and offers extensive customization options in its “Personal Design Series.” Customers Own Material (COM) is also an option within the upholstery collections. How and where can I obtain parts for my furniture?
If you are in need of replacement parts, contact the authorized dealer where the product was originally purchased, and the dealer will be able to place an order directly with the factory.

Does Lexington Home Brands have outlet stores?
Lexington Home Brands operates a small outlet store in the city of Lexington, N.C., near the site of the company’s original plant. The outlet services local business only, and does not accommodate phone sales or facilitate shipping. All sales must be picked up locally by the customer.

What is the catalog return policy?
Catalogs may not be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged if damaged in shipping.
