Product Service Information

Utilizing many of the same skills and processes that have produced our furniture for 100 years, Lexington craftsmen today produce some 50 separate lines of furniture at a dozen North Carolina plants. Additionally, a small percentage of items are sourced outside the United States to provide premium quality at a reasonable cost. All Lexington products are held to a high standard of quality and inspected numerous times during the manufacturing process, including a final inspection prior to packaging for shipment.

Prior to delivery to your home by your local retailer, each piece of furniture undergoes a process known as "deluxing," wherein it is inspected for defects, touched up, has drawers or doors adjusted and aligned, and, finally, is polished. This is the same treatment given to pieces one would see in the showroom at any furniture retailer and performing this service is part of Lexington's agreement with authorized Lexington retailers.*

Despite our best efforts, however, some imperfect pieces will reach the marketplace and/or concerns may arise after delivery. When problems do occur, Lexington relies on our authorized retailers to report problems and initiate steps to resolve them. This may involve ordering repair parts or replacing entire pieces if necessary.

Lexington products are warranted for factory-related defects (materials and workmanship) for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory. Please report any concerns you may have with your furniture within this time frame to your retailer.
